We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative who will thrive in an independent setting, utilizing their expertise and experience to provide exceptional support to our customers in Ontario, Canada. Our customers are top real estate professionals in the region, and as a Senior Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting them with order inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service through various channels (phone, email, or chat). A highly professional manner with an empathetic approach is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional business communications skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support.
  • A reliable laptop/PC, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection in a quiet workspace.
  • Candidates should be well-versed in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc. and willing to learn new tools if required.

Our Recruitment Process:

  • India office interview
  • Headquarters (Canada) office interview
  • Trial period of one week or two weeks (dependent on requirements)

Job Types:

Remote work arrangement available. Full-time position. Flexible work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 hours between 5:30 pm and 9:00 am. Weekend availability preferred. US Shift.
