Transformation Leader

Drive Business Growth and Strategy

  • Lead strategic initiatives across global businesses to drive profitable growth.

  • Promote collaboration within a dynamic team in a stable corporate environment.

Deliver Results:

  • Develop and execute complex international programs, ensuring successful delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure effective buy-in and resource allocation.
  • Design and implement target operating models (TOM) and M&A type projects, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Create detailed program delivery roadmaps, including resources, outcomes, schedules, costs, and business integration plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to the wider business in defining approaches and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior partners and vendors, facilitating timely decision-making and trade-offs.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional services experience, with at least 5 years of related experience in designing and implementing changes to operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across matrix-structured organizations, preferably across continents/regions.
  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating implementation with teams across different locations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to drive sustainable changes within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and convince colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Highly resourceful with outstanding problem-solving skills, able to drive innovative approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytical and quantitative mindset, using data and insights to shape direction and make informed decisions.
