Project Manager IV Role

The Project Manager IV is responsible for managing significant large projects and development lifecycles within the IT function, including strategic change, new business, and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of multi-disciplinary projects for process/product improvements.
  • Manage work within project teams, including the creation of project plans and weekly status reports.
  • Oversee business analysis activities for documenting business requirements and use cases.
  • Oversee project development lifecycles to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Serve as project leader, exerting influence on the overall team direction to ensure business and IT objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Typically 6-8 years of business experience, with subject area expertise in one or more specific skill sets and business areas or products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and exert influence on the overall team direction.
  • Experience working for a publicly traded company in a similar role is preferred.
