
Elevate Customer Interactions as a Call Quality Analyst

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way we experience couple vacations. As a Call Quality Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating customer interactions and driving sales success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating recorded sales calls against defined quality standards.
- Identifying areas for improvement in sales conversations, focusing on customer satisfaction, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Developing actionable feedback reports and collaborating with the Training & Development team to drive results.
- Working closely with trainers to design targeted solutions for skill gaps and recommend process enhancements.
- Monitoring the impact of feedback implementation and refining evaluation criteria as needed.
- Providing expert insights to boost sales effectiveness, customer loyalty, and team performance.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in quality analysis, call auditing, or training support (preferably in a sales-driven environment).
- Exceptional listening, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback and suggest practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for learning, adapting, and contributing to continuous improvement.
