Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Cross-Functional Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents in our system, ensuring their completeness and accuracy.

This role involves maintaining and updating construction budget details while coordinating with stakeholders to place inspection orders with field inspectors. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will interact with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update construction documents in our system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in US mortgage documents review process.
