The Customer Service Representative position is crucial in ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues by effectively communicating with drivers and fleet managers.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure consistency across all interactions.
  • Manage customer interactions, documenting issues and solutions within our CRM system.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Suppliers, CS Operations, Sales, and other departments.
  • Provide top-notch customer support and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Tourism & Travel sector or Ground Transportation industry is desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish language skills are an asset.
