Quality Assurance Expert Opportunity
  • A quality-driven professional is required to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate should possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in quality assurance.

The specialist will be responsible for reviewing content not in English. We are looking for a skilled individual who can plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and suggest solutions to deliverable problems.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to track, document, and report quality levels to meet set goals.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure timely resolution in accordance with guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction. Collaborate with production teams to improve results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and identify recurring issues to report to management and discuss mitigations with the production team.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by maintaining records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to senior management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services offered to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in promotions, e-learning, publishing house content domain, or any other related field.
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages such as Asian and European languages.
  • Excellent computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation.

This position offers the opportunity to act on the following:
