  • Ensure seamless booking and reservation processes, guaranteeing hotel availability and proper arrangement.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive client experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Negotiate prices with clients on behalf of hotel management, seeking mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate customized services such as room redecoration, equipment, and event planning.
  • Organize and execute events, including catering, lodging, seating, and security arrangements.
  • Resolve any misunderstandings or issues within the hotel premises.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to gather feedback and discuss potential future business opportunities.
  • Establish and implement sales performance targets, conducting regular assessments to optimize results.
