Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our team at AccorCorpo. As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Accor Plus memberships to leads within the hotel area provided with professionalism using up to date information and selling techniques provided and resolving member queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell membership to walk-in guests.
  • Create various leads sources to generate sales.
  • Approach each guest using AIDA methodology.
  • Obtain referrals as part of each sales call.
  • Interact with Regional manager for program-related queries.
  • Keep the office informed about the sales closed.
  • Document sales at the end of the call.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably from the hotel industry).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Networking and relationship-building competencies.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all types of customers.
  • Good team-working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team.
  • Innovative and consultative skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
