Key Challenges in Project Management

In today’s fast-paced business environment, project management is crucial to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards. As an experienced SAP PS Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering expert services for large and complex projects.

As part of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the technological solution by delivering expert services for large and complicated projects.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the delivery team as well as architecture guidance and direction based on your extensive knowledge of SAP.
  • Acting as a technical leader within the SAP community and consistently offering your knowledge on cutting-edge subjects at community and internal events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP global template and/or rollout.
  • Minimum 3-4 full life cycles of S4HANA implementation/rollout experience.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in PS (Project structure, project planning, project budgeting, project monitoring & control, project revenue & cost accounting and project reporting) and integration with FICO, SD & MM.
  • Familiarity with SAP global template approach and experience working with onsite (global template/core) team and offshore (ABAP development) team.
  • Good knowledge in PS business processes.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience on configuration & writing functional specification for RICEFW.
  • Expertise in pre-implementation study, requirement gathering and blueprint preparation.
  • Ability to conduct blueprint workshops independently and facilitate workshop discussions.
  • Experience in PS migration activities.
  • Experience in providing training to end users.
  • Experience in cut over activities & post Go-live support to End Users.
  • Strong team player with good team orientation & leadership qualities, hardworking and enthusiastic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Functional/Technical Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP platform functionalities and configurations.
  • Experience with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing process.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • SAP certification(s) is a plus.
  • Experience in leading large-scale SAP implementation projects.
