Deliver High-End Architectural Projects

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our team in Mumbai.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding leadership team of a global Top 100 architecture firm's first India studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
