Project Manager Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, organizing, and managing resources, timelines, and budgets. They must also be able to ensure that projects meet their objectives and goals.

The selected candidate will lead project teams, set up communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, and work collaboratively to deliver client requirements within agreed-upon timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project plans and maintain base versions and latest versions for client approval as needed.
  • Set up communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams for all Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Lead the implementation process entirely and close out on clients post-go-live with hand-holding to support teams.
  • Generate Change Requests where applicable and genuinely try for additional revenues benefiting the client.
  • Deliver client requirements and expectations within the agreed project timeline and ensure all objectives captured in Statements of Work are achieved with exceptional quality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in project management using tools such as Project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFP, etc.
  • Good understanding of design & solution process will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects and restricting scope creep and resource wastage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
