Director of Regional Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to lead our strategic growth initiatives across the IMEA region. This role requires a collaborative and results-driven individual who can work closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and enhance our competitive positioning.

  • This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with our regional business objectives.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • S/He will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess market trends.
  • This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on business performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in business development, strategic planning, or related roles in B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective collaboration and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
