The Regional Marketing Manager role is responsible for delivering the regional marketing plan for a key business segment, ensuring alignment between sales and global marketing teams. This position leads marketing initiatives in the allocated region, driving value creation for the business line.

About the Job
  • Define a strategic plan to execute the marketing strategy for the region.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition dynamics, and maintain industry contacts.
  • Develop pricing guidelines and exception policies.
  • Implement regional market communication and branding.
  • Identify new customer needs and provide input for new product development.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Business Studies or equivalent degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the chemical industry, with at least 5 years in marketing.
  • HPC Ingredients experience.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across global cultures and negotiate effectively.
