- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
- Manage front office operations, including receiving and sorting mail, handling phone calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and prepare necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and costs.
Proven experience in a front office role is essential. The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
