Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service. This role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing information and assistance during their stay. The Front Office Executive ensures that all guest interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Handle billing, payments, and invoices accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and security protocols.
  • Record and relay messages accurately to guests and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, Fidelio) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
