Job Title: HR Manager - Performance Management & Rewards

Location: Remote/Hybrid/Office

Experience: 10+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement, and oversee core Human Resources functions in alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong performance management and rewards and recognition skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement.
  • Mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R.
  • Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva is preferred).
  • Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
