Learning Operations Specialist

The Talent Operations Analyst role is a dynamic opportunity to manage the end-to-end operations of global learning programs and drive people strategy.

  • Manage day-to-day activities of talent learning operations and training logistics.
  • Coordinate mandatory trainings on Workday, working closely with curriculum teams to upload content.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Engage stakeholders, track attendance, manage communications, and measure the impact of programs.

This specialist will start as an Individual Contributor, with opportunities to grow into team management based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Ops / Learning Operations / Admin Support
  • Hands-on experience with Workday LMS (reporting, session creation, attendance tracking)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis & reporting
  • Exposure to team management (1–2 years preferred)
  • Ability to manage logistics, operations planning, and process improvements

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Project management or L&D certification (CIPD preferred)
  • Operational excellence and stakeholder management skills
