Effective Support Professional

The role of a Procurement Specialist is to provide day-to-day support for the company's procurement modules.
The ideal candidate will have experience with application support, preferably in procurement systems, and a strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Provide support for requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses in procurement software.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within procurement software.
- Support integration between procurement software and other enterprise systems.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
- Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
- Liaise with support teams and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems and integration tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
