We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve complex technical issues.

  • This role involves working closely with customers and partners to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and scripts.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.
  • Background in B2B SaaS and strong knowledge of network and security concepts.
  • Deep expertise in switches, routers, and networking fundamentals.
  • Certifications preferred: CCNA, JNCIE, or higher.
  • Familiarity with Linux, VMware ESXi, and firewalls.
  • Able to manage multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
