Sales Growth Manager

At Technotrek, we are seeking a Sales Growth Manager - Healthcare Education Sector to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the industry. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure business alignment and growth.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare or educational technology (EdTech) is a plus.
