Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Strategic Initiatives, you will identify, test, and scale projects that unlock new growth or operational efficiency.

  • Owning end-to-end execution of pilot projects: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analysing performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfort with Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms is beneficial.

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy solving open-ended problems and building from scratch. Previous experience in high-growth environments or startups is advantageous.
