Analytics Leader Opportunity

Drive impactful analytics initiatives as a Data Engineering Manager. Lead a high-performing team, delivering critical data insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of technical delivery and leadership for scalable data pipelines, semantic layers, and dashboard models.
  • Collaboration with Program Managers, Business Intelligence teams, and stakeholders to prioritize work aligned with business goals.
  • Establishment of best practices for data engineering, including code reviews, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Mentorship and coaching to foster team growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience processing large datasets with distributed technologies like Redshift or Hadoop-based big data solutions.
  • 5+ years of relational database technology experience.
  • 5+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience managing a data or BI team.
  • Excellent communication skills for senior management and customers.
