Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Quant Analytics Associate Senior to join our team in Business Banking Deposits & Cash Management. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing control and exception reports.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product functions as designed, influencing critical initiatives and strategies.

  • Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop efficient solutions.
  • Write SQL codes and develop Tableau reports, ensuring end-to-end ownership.
  • Enhance ad-hoc reporting capabilities for a broad user community.
  • Ensure reporting elements are organized, labeled, and documented.
  • Automate reporting elements and maintain documentation in Bitbucket.
  • Identify growth areas and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized analyses and insights.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information systems, or mathematics with 7+ years of experience.

- Hands-on experience with complex SQL code and data analytics tools.

- Ability to manage and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of IT processes and databases.

- Leadership skills to analyze problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
