Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically versatile Quantitative Analytics Lead on a fixed 2-month contract with a potential for extension to deliver data-driven initiatives across the business. This role demands deep expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, algorithm development, and simulation design.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes. You will be passionate about solving complex problems using large, diverse datasets and skilled in translating analytical findings into business impact.
Comfort with stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
- Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark.
- Build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance.
- Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs.
- Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively.
- Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance.
- Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact.
- Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization.
- Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
- Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and R.
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS.
- Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Ability to navigate and integrate data across multiple platforms and systems.
