We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to drive our sales strategy at Supreme Securities Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather high-quality leads through proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and email, explaining our comprehensive range of currency exchange, forex cards, and international remittance services.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and tailor solutions to convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for increasing lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Prior experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of financial services or currency exchange is beneficial but not essential.
Compensation Package

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated annual compensation of $60,000 - $80,000, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
