Performance Marketing Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to develop and execute high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and scaling paid marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
