Distribution Channel Development Head

Key Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:

* Establishing a best-in-class distribution footprint and supervising promoters to deliver sales targets for all products.

* Helping zones and circles achieve revenue targets by driving secondaries through Mass Retail distribution and pushing unlimited product penetration.

* Monitoring quality of acquisition through the distribution channel and ensuring stock availability at retail outlets while adhering to norms.

* Executing promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.

* Achieving zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.

* Expanding retail (MBO) expansion targets through increasing the number of outlets in existing and new geographies.

* Managing DSEs and MDs, monitoring their performance, and providing guidance and support when needed.

* Solving problems related to load out monitoring and systems formats at the MD point.
