About the Position:

The successful candidate will have experience in industrial sales and distribution, with a strong understanding of industrial products and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with industrial clients.
    • Pursue sales leads and negotiate deals with clients and distributors.
  • Distribution Management:
    • Manage distribution networks and coordinate with logistics partners.
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure efficient product delivery.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and customer demands.
  • Proposal and Negotiation:
    • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate pricing with clients and distributors.
  • Coordination and Reporting:
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical/mechanical engineering or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales and distribution.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple distribution channels and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software.
