Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Development, or Hospitality Planning
  • 12–25 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate
  • Deep expertise in real estate law, zoning regulations, and hospitality land use
  • Proven track record in land acquisition, negotiations, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong network across authorities, brokers, and legal consultants
  • Collaborative leader able to work across legal, finance, and project development teams
