Technical Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical specialist to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Zuora platform.
This role will involve working with various teams to ensure seamless connections between Zuora and enterprise systems, as well as developing and maintaining custom workflows to automate business processes within Zuora.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL for data queries and analysis, proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data handling, and deep understanding of Zuora configurations, workflows, and APIs.
They should also have prior experience with Salesforce development and integration knowledge with ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4+ years working with Zuora applications.
- Expertise in at least two of the three Zuora applications: Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Zuora CPQ.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
