Job Title: Data Analytics Talent Acquisition Leader

The organization seeks a skilled professional to oversee the recruitment process for data analytics roles. This individual will work closely with stakeholders and partners to identify, source, and hire top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics hiring, with at least 4 years of experience in this field. They will be responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success. Effective leadership skills will enable this individual to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to recruit top talent using multiple channels, including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to provide recruiting status reports and communicate key metrics.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 12-14 years of overall experience, with 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring and some understanding of analytics principles.
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
