This is an exciting role as Ad Operations Lead where you will guide the team to setup and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360, Ad Form, Flashtalking etc. You will also apply quality framework, maintaining the quality of the work rendered by the team.

As Ad Operations Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and executing digital media campaigns using ad servers
  • Applying quality framework to maintain team output quality
  • Monitoring day-to-day operations and identifying potential gaps in the process
  • Troubleshooting campaign tracking issues across platforms / Ad-tech
  • Providing training requirements for the team to ensure smooth transition of all accounts/projects
  • Assessing issues and concerns faced by the team during day-to-day operations and providing insights to minimize potential risks
  • Communicating technical information effectively with both internal and onshore partners.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A full-time graduate degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns across various channels
  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows
  • Solid understanding of third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools such as IAS and DoubleVerify
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems and translate analysis into actionable business strategies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to details and recognized as a subject matter expert
