Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement demand generation plans across multiple channels, including email, events, webinars, and social media.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, lead volume, and return on investment (ROI), to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and apply this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition through effective marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, a plus.
