**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to manage and grow our existing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support and Technical Account Management, preferably from Telecom or ITEngineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage existing key accounts to ensure retention and business growth
  • Investigate and solve complex problems faced by customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or critical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analyze statistics and other data to determine customer service levels

**Requirements:**

  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support and Technical Account Management
  • Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics
  • Proactive, self-motivated, analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
