**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to manage and grow our existing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support and Technical Account Management, preferably from Telecom or ITEngineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage existing key accounts to ensure retention and business growth
- Investigate and solve complex problems faced by customers
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or critical issues
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Analyze statistics and other data to determine customer service levels
**Requirements:**
- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support and Technical Account Management
- Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics
- Proactive, self-motivated, analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
