About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development expert with a strong focus on Technology Leasing.

  • Responsible for developing and expanding the business in the Southern Region by identifying new opportunities for equipment leasing & financing of IT Assets, Warehousing Equipment, and Furniture & Fit-outs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads through partnerships with OEMs, vendors, and banks to offer customized equipment renting solutions to clients. A well-established network with CFOs, CIOs, and decision-makers at large corporates is essential for scheduling meetings and conducting cost-benefit analyses.

This position requires a consultative selling approach, understanding the client's rental requirements and enterprise financial goals to tailor the right solutions. The successful candidate will be able to advise and implement pricing structures that align with the client's financial objectives, identify opportunities for leasing at large corporates in India, and leverage vendor alliances and references to acquire new clients.

A key aspect of this role is increasing the share of wallet by promoting the benefits of Fair Market Value Leases across multiple asset classes. Strong analytical skills are required to analyze financial statements, identify business opportunities, and assess the general health of companies.

The selected individual will be involved in deal structuring, pricing, and participating in rate contracts, RFPs, RFQs, and technical discussions. Additionally, they will formulate strategies to expand the business and achieve growth targets.
