In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery, and identifying new opportunities for cross-sell and upsell. You will collaborate closely with Technical Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
Your success will be measured by your ability to manage client relationships, uncover opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer. If you have a proven track record of driving business results through exceptional customer service and solution selling, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring successful project delivery and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including champions and economic buyers.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on business development, customer success, or solution selling.
- Strong understanding of bioinformatics platforms and experience in cloud/software/ML is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, uncover opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
