Job Role: Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role involves coordinating transportation operations, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with drivers and monitoring their progress in real-time
  • Create, update, and close loads using trucking software
  • Dispatch drivers and manage routes efficiently
  • Process paperwork and upload documents for billing purposes
  • Communicate effectively with shippers, brokers, and customers via phone and email
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in transportation coordination or dispatching (reefer preferred)
  • Proficiency in trucking software and ALVYS TMS
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
