Lifestyle Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Lifestyle Management Professional to join our team. In this prestigious role, you will provide exceptional support to the office of the Supervisory Board, combining executive assistance and lifestyle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments with utmost efficiency.
  • Handle communication workflows – calls, emails, correspondence, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Organize domestic and international travel with a focus on seamless experiences (flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, hospitality).
  • Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
  • Maintain high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality across all matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A background in luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle services.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience (EA background is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle dynamic priorities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and quick adaptability to new systems.
  • Service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
