Interior Sales Professional

The role of an Interior Sales Professional is to deliver exceptional in-store client experiences, sales, and service. They are responsible for greeting walk-in clients and customers, ensuring a long-term relationship and excellent client experience.

This individual must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and stay up-to-date with luxury designing trends. They should have a passion for delivering outstanding results, a keen eye for detail, and be committed to meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing expert advice on interior design solutions to clients.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new products and services.
  • Develop and present detailed mood boards that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
  • Coordinate with designers and architects to meet client expectations.
  • Assist in executing tasks assigned by the management team.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience or similar categories in design or luxury.
  • Post-graduate or undergraduate degree in one of the relevant fields: design, marketing, CRM preferred.
  • Experience handling projects or managing small businesses.
