Interior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented interior construction manager to oversee and execute interior works for our high-end projects.

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in interior construction, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
