Project Execution Specialist

The role of Project Execution Specialist requires a skilled professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

This specialist will be responsible for preparing and reviewing project quotes, BOQs, and budgets, as well as tracking design changes and updating documentation accordingly. Strong organizational skills, excellent client communication, and a deep understanding of project processes are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review project quotes, BOQs, and budgets for optimal execution.
  • Track and monitor design changes, updating documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation, ensuring seamless access and information exchange.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, facilitating efficient communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects, verifying costs align with approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support project managers and executives with administrative or coordination requirements, providing exceptional support and expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in project management, interior execution, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs, enabling efficient project planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), utilizing software to streamline project management and enhance productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management, preferred for advanced knowledge and skills.
