Project Management Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead corporate office interior design projects.

  • Oversee site activities, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines with design and client requirements in mind.
  • Maintain quality standards, adhere to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance for smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for seamless communication.
  • Track project budgets, materials usage, and report cost deviations.
  • Conduct site meetings, provide regular project updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance regulations are strictly followed at the site.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely handover of the project with high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Ability to work full-time at the project site.
