Job Opportunity:

Project Lead for Corporate Interior Fit-out Projects

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and maintaining effective relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies for corporate interior fit-out projects
  • Manage project scope, monitor changes, and ensure timely completion within schedule
  • Cultivate teamwork among project stakeholders and facilitate collaboration with client subject matter experts
  • Oversee the performance of design and project management/site delivery teams
  • Negotiate with vendors and business partners to support project completion
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements for project progress

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess at least 4 years of experience in building construction, preferably in project management
  • Have experience managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects
  • Hold a degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or a related field
  • Be familiar with individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
  • Showcase excellent team management and client-facing experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency in adopting digital technology initiatives
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments without compromising quality and customer satisfaction
  • Show independence and ability to work with minimal supervision
