Interior Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Interior Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior projects from planning through handover. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, supervising all on-site activities.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise to maintain efficient project execution.
  • Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management to optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles and ensure successful project outcomes.

 

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes is essential.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills are necessary for success in this role.
