Job Title:

A results-driven Paid Ads Specialist is sought by a leading marketing agency to manage paid ads campaigns for eCommerce and Home Services brands.

This role involves researching demographics, creating ad copy and funnel structures, performing A/B tests, and suggesting new ad angles to improve campaign results.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google, with experience working on eCommerce and DTC brands. They must also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance
  • Analyze demographics and create relevant ad copy and funnel structures
  • Perform regular A/B tests to gather insights and optimize campaign results
  • Suggest and optimize new ad angles, creative variations, and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve target KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google
  • Experience working on eCommerce and DTC brands
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Minimum 2-4 years of performance marketing experience
