Job Title: In-House Legal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated legal professional to oversee all legal and compliance matters for our business. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications; handling compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters; representing the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required; preparing and filing applications, petitions, and responses with accuracy and timeliness; maintaining organized legal records and case files; coordinating with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters; monitoring changes in relevant laws/regulations and keeping management updated; and providing strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.

  • Drafting, review, and vetting legal documents.
  • Handling compliance-related work.
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings.
  • Preparing and filing applications, petitions, and responses.
  • Maintaining organized legal records and case files.
  • Coordinating with senior advocates and external counsel.
  • Providing strategic legal advice.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A degree in law (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
  • Enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • At least 3 years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
