This position is part of the global Credit Analysis Team, responsible for managing credit analysis functions across corporate clients worldwide.
The role involves working closely with GCIB bankers, product partners, and credit approvers to promote optimal risk/return on lending opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of EMEA Corporate clients and conduct detailed due diligence on borrowers and industries.
- Oversee annual limit renewals and borrower ratings in line with bank credit processes and procedures.
- Covenant checks and periodic monitoring reports.
- Prepare sector reports and event-based stress tests as necessary.
- Support Relationship Managers and Senior Credit Analysts on ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or portfolio reviews.
- Audit management – Internal, External including regulatory inspections.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis gained in banking, asset management, or rating agency environments.
- Strong motivation for transaction-driven work and a minimum 7-8 years of post-graduation experience (CA/CFA/MBA Finance).
