Key Responsibilities

The Pricing Strategy Lead is responsible for designing, executing and analyzing pricing and packaging experiments across product and marketing touch-points. This involves determining optimal price points for new and existing SKUs using structured experimentation and data-driven insights.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap is also a key responsibility. Additionally, conducting market, user behavior, and competitive research to inform pricing strategies and optimizing the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements are crucial tasks in this role.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy or analytics roles ideally in high-growth startups, consumer tech or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • Tier 1 academic background ideally with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies such as value-based discounting skimming and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks A/B testing multivariate testing.
  • Bonus familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude Looker or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
