Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents in the system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintaining and updating construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors is also a key responsibility of this position. Additionally, you will assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors and track their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe.
Effective communication with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails is crucial in obtaining missing or required documentation. You will coordinate with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment.
Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion, is another critical aspect of this role. Notifying clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages ensures transparency and efficiency.
Qualifications include being a graduate with excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors are also essential.
The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is vital for success in this position. Experience in US mortgage documents review process is a must.
